Sunday offers a more condensed lineup of NHL action, but still gives us plenty of opportunities and success heading into the week. We had a few close calls on Saturday that could have easily gone in our favor, but we managed to score the Flyers and Blues under goal while facing the crowd. We are looking to add to Sunday’s victory with more correct choices to get us back in the green.

Bet: Canadiens Bruins Under 5.5 goals (+100), Canadiens +1.5 (-135)
The Habs have just suffered a very close 4-3 defeat against the Rangers on Saturday and surprised many by covering the puck line. Montreal has been quite disappointing this year with an 8-12-3 record which is slightly improved to 12-11 when looking at their record versus the spread.
They have covered the spread in six of their last eight games, but will have the difficult task of having to face a Bruins team that could well turn a corner. Boston has won three of their last five games since hiring Joe Sacco as their new head coach and in that span, they have allowed just eight goals against.
Montreal has struggled to score this season with the 21st best goals per game average this season at 2.83, but that surprisingly improves on the road as it rises to 3.00, putting them tied with the Flyers and the Golden Knights in 13th place. league.
I think the Habs will come out on top in this one and should stay close if they don’t win the game. They will have to be opportunistic as this will be a very low scoring game.
Bet: Senators -1.5 (+150), Drake Batherson Over 0.5 points (-155)
Ottawa has been the second-worst team in the NHL over its last 12 games with a 4-7-1 record and a 3.58 goals-against average. Anaheim, on the other hand, is heating up to 4-2-1 with a 2.57 goals-against average over its last seven games.
Given the different directions the two teams are going, most of the public money on the puck line for this game is going with the Ducks, which makes sense, especially if you look at their history against each other.
The Ducks have won six of their last eight meetings against the Senators, who could be tired after a 5-2 loss to the Kings on Saturday. Most signs point to the Ducks, and with that in mind, I believe the Senators will find a way to get things going and avoid their second loss in two days.
They will certainly be desperate and Drake Batherson should help his team get back on the scoresheet. The 26-year-old finished with 12 points in 14 games during the month of November and has a decent history going into this game with one goal and three assists in five career games against the Ducks.
