The Eagles made a series of roster changes Saturday afternoon as they prepare to face the Ravens in Baltimore on Sunday afternoon.

Here is a full recap:

• LB/FB Ben VanSumeren placed on injured reserve

• WR Parris Campbell signed to 53-man roster

• TE CJ Uzomah and LB Ochaun Mathis elevated to practice squad

VanSumeren suffered a season-ending knee injury during Friday’s practice, a league source told NBC Sports Philadelphia. VanSumeren was injured during a scout team offensive practice game.

Although VanSumeren hasn’t played defense at all this season, he has carved out a fullback role on offense and has been a key contributor on special teams. The Eagles will certainly miss him on special teams, where he played a major role.

Earlier Saturday, the Eagles demoted WR Johnny Wilson (hamstring) for this game. Meanwhile, DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is questionable heading into Sunday. For Campbell to be active on game day, the Eagles had to sign him to the 53-man roster because he already has no elevation.

We’ll see if Smith can take on the Ravens. Otherwise, the Eagles receivers will be AJ Brown, Jahan Dotson, Ainias Smith, Britain Covey and Campbell.

This is the third and final elevation for Uzomah. If the Eagles want him on future game days, they’ll have to find a spot for him in the lineup. This is the first elevation for Mathis.
